Unboxing + Review: Boscia’s Charcoal Pore Perfection Collection

When Lan, co-creator of Boscia (pronounced BO-SHA), reached out and offered to send me some of their skincare products, I never knew exactly what that would mean. Little did I know I was in for a BIG surprise…

Boscia: preservative-free skincare for sensitive skin

They’ve always been one of my favorite skincare brands because of their gentle formulas and wide range collections. My first love was the Luminizing Black Mask. It’s still a holy grail item that I can’t get enough of. It’s truly the only product that I rely on when I’m trying to clear my pores and it’s what first sold me on Boscia which led me to buy both their Luminizing Pink Mask and MATCHA Magic Super-Antioxidant Mask.

Since then, I’ve received almost all of the items from their Charcoal Pore Perfection collection, a line of skincare that’s tailored to oily skin to clear the gunk and grime from large pores! The items came in the most adorable clear backpack with Boscia themed enamel pins and branded goodies like a water bottle, makeup remover towel and masking head wrap.

So far I’ve tried the Charcoal MakeUp Melter, White Charcoal Mattifying MakeUp Setting Spray, Porefecting White Charcoal Mattifying Treatment Primer and the Charcoal Spot Corrector. I’m especially loving the primer and setting spray for even coverage and a refreshing spritz on hot summer days! The MakeUp Melter does just that — erases your makeup without tugging at your skin.

It’s a one-of-a-kind line that’s a necessity for anyone with combo/oily skin.
